No star. Front woman didn't show respect for the driver. Unfriendly, lacking patience, deliberately causing trouble, using it to waste time, and talking nonsense
You can only check in one hour before your appointment. First, go to the office to get a door assignment. After backing up to the assigned door, the door will be closed. Unloading typically takes 1 hours. 1 negative star Coz they don't have restroom.
30 min unloading just come at your app time! And easy in and out) if early they will put you in dock and wait till your app time overall no complaints at all
Very strict with appointments. Even if there is no other than you, you have to wait many hours to get unloaded. Young lady in check-in office seems like she burned out. She has forgot to smile, not rude but so serious , maybe her teeth are missing. Who knows!
This place is a mess. Been waiting about 2.5 hours to back into the door
