service is always exceptional however their prices continue to increase unreasonably, yes they’re good however their service level can be found elsewhere for almost half the price,

Amazing service! I usually hate trying new places for my eyebrows, but they nailed it. I love how my brows turned out and will 100% be back!
I showed up for a simple eyebrow threading and was turned away at the door because they said they’re “appointment only.” That would be fine if their Yelp page didn’t clearly say walk-ins are welcome. I made the trip for nothing, and the employee didn’t seem to care at all. If they’re going to switch to appointments only, they should update their info instead of wasting people’s time. Definitely won’t be coming back.
