I worked closely with both Steve and Lisa King at SK Construction during an office build-out at a new office location. It was a large project because we turned an empty real estate building into 2 separate dental offices. I was impressed with Steve from day 1 of our project. Avoid this company at all costs. Owner is very unprofessional and provides poor quality of work. I manage a medical office in La Mesa and Steve the owner had completed a build out for a doctor at the building. Steve was very unorganized and rude removing walls in adjacent vacant suites and left a mess. His pricing is not competitive and hes very overpriced, on top of providing terrible service. Steve messed up leaving the doctor without any heat, ruining the HVAC and did not own up to his mistake. As a manager of a few medic... read more
