Horrible customer service. Schedule an appointment with service through their website on a Tuesday for Friday at 730 am which was an open spot. Received a call the day prior that my appointment was not accepted because they needed my Vin number. Called back to give them my Vin number and they completely took away my scheduled appointment for 730am and were not able to get me in. Why have the ability to schedule appointments online just to not hold the spot while information is obtained. Just horrible customer service!!!!!!!!
Victoria provided exceptional service & assistance in obtaining the perfect car for me. She was very patient and kept me updated on progress. And Keegan was great with the financing aspect. I could not be more pleased with S & K Buick.
Would recommend for sure. Long drive from Springfield illinois but worth the amt of money I saved and the selection was LARGE.
S & K Buick GMC provides excellent service from the moment you call the dealership to schedule an appointment, to the time you drop off your vehicle, and continuing to the point of pick up. Everyone is extremely friendly, accommodating, and experienced. I cannot imagine going anywhere else!
