I was turned away at my appointment due to the ODOR of marijuana. I had not smoked in my car in over 3 hours and even bought an air freshener. I was told it put the workers at risk of hitting something while driving my car. I was so livid because my significant other has brought the car before and he NEVER HAD this problem. Extremely disappointing and I feel very targeted!!
Phil went out of his way to get warranty work covered for me . The Service Manager Rich is always on the drive willing to help and explain things. As a woman I could not ask for better treatment anywhere. The techs are highly experienced and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t take my Buick anywhere else.
What an amazing dealership! We drove in from out of state for our vehicle. I worked with Stephen Lewis who was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend you asking for him! He was honest, upfront, and went above and beyond with any questions I had or requests with the SUV. The detail team did an amazing job as well! I had great service! The Green team took care of my car quickly and efficiently. I was able to drive it to Florida knowing it had been well taken care of. This company offers oil changes and car detailing. The waiting room provides complimentary popcorn and coffee. There are also soda machines available to use. The shuttle service makes it possible to get your car in tip top shape and still be able to make it to work for the day.
