Had to deal with the RUDEST receptionist ever during my visit here a few months back (There were two - the other one being very friendly). She was arguing with someone on her phone about her gynecological issues while I was waiting to be seen…then refused to let me talk to the dr regarding aftercare and getting a note for my job days after my visit. She was rude and very dismissive. How can they let someone like this work there? Such a horrible experience.
Dr Fishman treated my systic acne for over 10 years when I was a child. I remember him treating me with kindness and care.
Sadly I need to give this office 3 stars. Not because of the doctors. The doctors are great! Been going to this office for well over 7 yrs because of the doctors. The office workers are horrendous though! They are rude! They leave patients on hold for an unnecessarily long time. They take forever calling in prescriptions. I wonder if the doctors know what sort of employees they hire.
LACK OF CONSIDERATION: Horrible, I was very clear when I made my sons appointment it had to be for after school, Jennifer Pardey the receptionist gave me an appointment supposedly for after school for 2:15 knowing that he comes out of school at 2:30 she said "it should be fine" we waited like a month for this appointment my son is going to college next week, we arrived at 2:45 she said NO THE DR CANNOT SEE HIM without even trying... This place is now Metro Dermatology. Avoid. Packed, dirty, and a screaming kid not being stopped from eating lotion samples and attempting to ride the feet of other patients, some of whom appeared very ill. So ill, in fact, that their was blood running down the wall. It was like a scene from "The Sopranos." Staff came out to clean it not wearing masks. Bye, at that point. Metro was good at their old office. Now they seem to have merged, maybe, with this place? Whatever happened, it's not good.
