Quick service from a knowledgeable technician.
Steve is a certified Bernina technician but works on all machine brands. He had my 3 Viking sewing machines and 2 Juki sergers serviced in less than one week at a reasonable price. No excuses and no add on charges. He has a LOT of experience. And speaking of experience, the drive to his area of Whidbey Island was a treat.
