Pool purchased on August 5th 2026. Pool delivered on August 12th. The installers “Recommended“ by the owner, Brenda show up on August 21st to do the install. The ground was too wet to do the install. They arrive on August 28th to do the install and work for around 3 hours or so then disappear. We have plans to leave town that day and return on the 30th. We left money for the installers and the water delivery with the neighbor. He contacts us early evening the 29th to update us that the pool was not installed and nobody came ... read more

There isn’t another pool company in central Ohio, better than S&J. I will continue to use and recommend families to use S&J, for all pool needs!

I love the service but I hate your hours. I don’t get off until 7 o’clock and I have to be in work by 9 o’clock and you close at 12 on Saturday and you open at 11 on Sunday but close at two and that’s another inconvenience. How am I ever going to give you any business and get my water tested for a proper pH balance or even help starting my pool? I’ve been trying to get here for almost a month. I think you guys need to fix your hours.
