We hired this company to replace two bathroom faucets. About an hour after the plumbers left, I walked in to find the bathroom flooded. I called the plumber and he said he would come out later that day to fix the problem. I never heard from him again. I had to call another plumbing service and pay emergency Sunday rates to get it fixed. The bill was nearly as much as the original, and the brand new $160 tub faucet they installed is still leaking.

Called S+J to install a washer hook up. Job was poorly done with multiple leaks. I also made a big concern that there was a leak which was not addressed. They then tried to put tar around a pipe where there wasn’t even a leak. Not to mention I also had things come up missing from my house. They also tried to charge me $700 in materials with no more than 20 feet of piping placed. Avoid these people at all costs!!

Horrible and dishonest. They charged me $960 for a faucet replacement. Even the homeowners insurance refused to pay the full amount and said I was price gouged. Much of that price was time and labor for them going back to the shop for tools they forgot and to pay for a "helper" that stood around and watched. Kid you not, the helper didnt do anything and I paid for him too. Any plumber coming to any job should be prepared to cut a pipe, especially when they saw the faucet wasn't coming apart with the Allen wrench the first ti... read more

I contacted this plumbing service to address three issues: an outside gas line leak, a leaky bathtub faucet, and a leaky gas valve. The company sent two plumbers. While they promptly replaced a rubber washer in the worn-out faucet cartridge, they declined to address the gas line leak. The head plumber seemed unaware that he could in fact work on the gas line that goes into the house from the meter. Due to his uncertainty, I subsequently had to hire another plumbing company to handle this issue. For the leaky gas valve, locat... read more
