*Update- I was able to speak with the owner today and cleared up the confusion. Apparently there is a communication issue with my HOA that should have done the notifications and speaking with the residents, not the contractor as per their long standing contract with the HOA. We had a nice conversation and got through the communication issue. I appreciate them looking into why the owner did not receive my voice messages and his understanding my concerns.
I have an issue with how this company conducts business. I live in a condominium complex and they just parked a big truck across 5 residents assigned parking spaces. No notification, no advance warning or ANY communication with the residents. This truck appeared on Wednesday and not one time have I seen a worker do anything. I do understand that it rained on Friday and Saturday, but there was no activity at all and residents are having to walk farther distances to their homes and some are elderly and can't walk much as it is... read more
Very knowledgeable and trustworthy! I have a residential flat roof home that S&J applied a closed cell spray foam with a silicone top coating. I am happy I found a company experienced with spray foam. It created a monolithic, seamless roof. They made sure everything was done correctly and professionally.
