I worked at S.J. Carlson for 9 months. This review will be informative to any future CDL drivers interested working for this company. I attached images to this review of some of the loads I took while working here for reference. SJC offers company paid benefits that are terrible with a 10k deductible. Sjc offers to pay half of any medical expenses.(company does hold up their end on that.) As far as pay it’s decent you will be offered just enough to keep you interested.
