I worked at S.J. Carlson for 9 months. This review will be informative to any future CDL drivers interested working for this company. I attached images to this review of some of the loads I took while working here for reference. SJC offers company paid benefits that are terrible with a 10k deductible. Sjc offers to pay half of any medical expenses.(company does hold up their end on that.) As far as pay it’s decent you will be offered just enough to keep you interested. I would highly recommend SJ Carlson for your fire protection needs. We have worked with Peter and his team for numerous years. They help assist us with new construction, repairs, and inspections. Their technicians are helpful and informative in all tasks. They are a good trustworthy company!
