Very knowledgeable and friendly service. I have a 17 year old liner - 18' x 38' in-ground pool that lost half it's water over night! You can imagine our concern! We called SI Pool and the next day they came out to inspect it. They found the problem within in minutes. They offered us this advice - a quick DIY of $15 patch or install of a new liner for $4000.Most services would have just installed a new liner - but SI Pools saved us over $4K!!! Thank You! The owner at S.I. Poolcare (Sam Ionna) was extremely rude to me on the phone! I was sent an invoice for fees I was not quoted! I called them to open my pool and they told me it was flat $200 to open it. Then they sent me an invoice for $200 for opening pool plus $90 for service. They did basic service to open my pool! I called and spoke with the owner about it and he was beyond rude. I could not believe that someone/ especially an owner could talk to his customers in such a rude manner!
