If you say your office opens by 8:00, then you should probably make sure you have staff that are clocked in and ready to go by 8:00. It is currently 8:15 and I have been calling since 8:00 and no one is answering the phone. I now understand the low Google Review rating.
The staff is unfriendly, unprofessional and lack compassion for their patients. Never in my life have I seen such uncaring attitudes. If you’re 5 minutes late no matter what the circumstances they will reschedule you. It doesn’t matter if you’ve drove an hour plus to get there or if the patient has difficulty walking due to spinal surgery and wearing a neck brace.
