Ian didnt tell me of the additional costs that he decided to add to my service. Ultimatly it resulted in over $500 of additional costs that were never told to me or quoted. I made it explicitly clear of what i could afford and that i needed to know what I would be charged before he did any work as i was selling the car in the coming months and didnt want to spend too much. Took my car in yesterday for a service, first time to go there. Just awesome the guy was lovely and pleasant. When I went to pick it up had a laugh with him .
