I phoned as a new customer to ask about a blue slip for my scooter. I was greeted hastily, then told, in a way that came across as quite curt, that I’d need to check my compliance plate matched my rego papers before coming in. Ian didnt tell me of the additional costs that he decided to add to my service. Ultimatly it resulted in over $500 of additional costs that were never told to me or quoted. I made it explicitly clear of what i could afford and that i needed to know what I would be charged before he did any work as i was selling the car in the coming months and didnt want to spend too much.
