Ian is by far my favourite mechanic I've found in the area. Honest and fair-priced. He's a straight shooter and I appreciate that.
Called this place after hours as my car had broken down. They answered so I asked if they would charge me for a scan as once I got ripped of badly. The guy that answered was extremely rude, and belittling. He laughed at me so hard. He said "of course I am gonna charge you darling", what will I get in return, but in a very demeaning way, then said just call me on Monday. Extremely rude and unprofessional, should have not answered the phone.
By far the worst experience I’ve had in Sydney to get a pink slip. He tried to fail me over something that didn’t need fixing he just wanted my money. I didn’t trust him so I asked for a second opinion elsewhere and I was right, it wasn’t something to fail me on. The “owner” was rude and his communication was terrible. Terrible place. Don’t go here.
