They did an amazing job installing my new drainage system. My old sump pump went out and completely flooded my crawl space. They discussed options with me and explained everything very well. Avoid S&H Waterproofing and Construction, LLC. I had a very unprofessional experience dealing with this contractor. I spoke with Danny, who provided an incorrect email address and told me to send photos as “evidence,” then suggested filing a police report. The response felt dismissive and showed zero accountability. Their company vehicle (FL DOT 1591095) parked within inches of my car on two separate occasions and was only moved after I complained.
