Had a new home. Thought my toilet would be under warranty. Apparently not. Backed up three times on us. I didn't feel like we should have to pay, but had to pay part of the snaking. When we wouldn't pay the last time, he called and said, never call us again. I didn't care for his attitude.
I had high expectations, but this plumber excelled them all. They were prompt in their arrival, provided me with a thorough explanation of the issue and the way it was resolved. They also offered me some advice on how to prevent such problems in the future.
The plumber who came to my house was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly. I will definitely be using their services again.
