I went under contract to purchase an investment property, but the seller later decided to keep the property and rehab it themselves. When I signed the release, S&H attempted to deduct $500 from my deposit, even though the seller had chosen S&H as the closing company. Asked to speak directly with their counsel to work it our and they never responded. They still have a couple thousand dollars of mine sitting in an escrow (supposedly). Unless they spent it.

The best title company that I have worked with. Easily accessible off the 295 taking Mount Holly Road in Burlington, New Jersey. Throughout the two month process of selling two properties for the Estate, Monika kept me updated on the progress right up to the moment of call to close last Friday.
