Very quick service for our business vehicles new transmission!
This is a big Thank You to Mike from Brute Force Diesel. We are a mobile mechanic and our utility truck transmission started acting up. Mike was not only the only transmission place that can get you parts but he really cared about our stressful situation. He trouble shot over the phone with our tech AJ. He offered advice. We are forever grateful for his outstanding service to this community.
I called originally looking for internal parts for my ford transmission. Unfortunately Mike did not have them in stock but said he can certainly order them for me. He was the only transmission shop that offered to sell just parts which was fantastic but it doesn't stop there. He then proceeded to listen to what problems this unit was having, made some suggestions and gave me some off the top of his head resolutions.
