Technical support is rude and not helpful. They rush you off the phone and care little about assistance when it comes to thier products. I have all but given up at this point trying to speak to them. Every question is met with mocking remarks. No point in even contacting them because they can't even resolve the simplest issues on thier own products. The parts desk frequently tells me they will call me back and never does. I send alot of business thier way as technician and this is how they act. I'm sure the regular consumer ... read more
