This is our third time calling White Rabbit Plumbing for help. Our hot water heater started leaking on a Saturday afternoon. I messaged to explain the problem, saying it wasn't urgent. Promptly on that Monday morning, Andrew stopped over, gave us a quote, completed the installation of the new hot water heater and disposal of the old one within three hours. We have been consistently satisfied with the customer service provided by everyone at White Rabbit, and recommend them highly.
