When we first arrived the bay we pulled into didn’t have soap so I checked the other bay and it didn’t say anything about no soap. Then we pulled our car over there put our money in and still no soap. Why have a car wash and have it open it with no soap? At least close until you have soap. Unhappy customer!! Please do better
