Came out to fix our Dishwasher, told us they ordered the part and would return to fix it. We turned on the dishwasher & boom, same issue, it flooded our floor, so we called the warranty company who sent them out for the repair, they sent a second opinion to find out the never fixed the part, so we spoke to the manager, he claimed they fixed the seal. AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST... PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU SPEND MONEY FOR NOTHING... This place charged 65$ for them coming down here with false information. We needed our washer fixed, we bought the right part for the lid lock and they told us it was the wrong part and that they knew what they were talking about. This guy went on for 20 minutes about how he was an appliance genie, and has been in the bussiness for over 30 years.
