We have recently had a complete bathroom makeover carried out by S Fearn Plumbing and Heating Ltd. The project was well put together, managed and executed. It has been a good experience. Importantly, the team was ever conscious about being in our home and took great care. We now have a new bathroom.....all that is left is for us to roll up our sleeves and get on with decorations.
Great company - really organised when it comes to booking a plumber. Have used them for an outdoor tap, replacement kitchen sink & tap, fitting a water filter and changing the pressure guage. The plumber has arrived on time every time and have been really happy with the work carried out. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for regular plumbing jobs and would be happy to use them for a full bathroom fit out too. Quality company
The service I have received from everyone has been fantastic. From start to finish the communication was clear and upfront, which is really important when making big investments to your home. When looking for a new boiler the options were made very clear to me and I was presented variations that I could choose and customise based on my requirements. Ian and team did a wonderful job, thanks! They were friendly, stress-free, quiet and incredibly efficient! New boiler was fitted in one day with minimal disruption and works beautifully. Thanks to Joanna in the office, too, for being so helpful and getting everything organised. Recommend!
Booked a visit to fit a replacement shower head and hose, service the central heating and boiler, and replace a radiator valve. In spite of encountering some issues because of the age of the system, everything was fixed satisfactorily and left in good order. Staff were friendly and helpful, as always.
