Fast service, Kind workers, fixed issues and answered questions, was great with my young child and made them happy while fixing the plumbing. I would recommend their services.

Well organised and they provide an efficient and friendly service. Good communication , quick response and the engineer seemed very knowledgeable about the boiler he came to service. Update Nov 2025, Annual service found a serious problem with the boiler (17 Y.O ) and it had to be condemed. Very happy with the great job Ian did fitting a new WorcesterBosch (worked on a Saturday too!) Great boiler, very quiet, quick to heat up.
At the time, the installation itself went smoothly, but the issues that followed were not handled well. Firstly, where the old boiler was a removed, holes were left in the side of my house, which were open to the elements. This was later resolved, however then an incorrectly fitted pipework burst, flooding my basement with very hot water which went over the electrics, appliances, walls and floor. Amazing experience with S Fearn Plumbing. The whole booking process was nice and easy, and I was kept well informed all the way up to the appointment. Shaun was assigned to our job and what a lovely chap he was. My hot water wasn’t working properly, and my loft shower has never had great pressure. Shaun not only fixed the hot water issue but also sorted the shower and brought the pressure back too. Genius — he’s the first person to fix it in five years.
