Steve arrived on time and kept me up to date with the time he would arrive. He did a great job changing my stop tap which would no longer turn the mains water off. Steve cleaned up before he left.

He got back to me immediately and arranged to call the next morning. He arrived on time and carried out the work efficiently and to a high standard.
