Just followed one of their trucks down old humble road and watched the driver of a garbage truck throw trash out of his window. I repeat he was driving a GARBAGE TRUCK.

They pick and choose which trash they will pick up. I watched them pick and choose which one of my trash cans they will pick up over a several month period. Out of three bags/cans they looked through it and picked up the lightest one. Only one can/bag. They were all full of food. The city of Humble, TX code enforcement threatened me with a code violation if I didn't put the trash back on my property due to the company's negligence not to pick up my trash that they refused to take. Yep seems we all have the same issues. I am on autopsy and they get paid faithfully every month. I can't tell you how many times my trash wasn't picked up. They were supposed to come yesterday and I went outside and my trash was all over the street. They didn't pick up anyone's trash. When I called there was a recording saying they had a truck break down (again) and whoever they missed on Tuesday, which yesterday was Thursday, they would pick up today. ( Friday) and they would be picking up only the ones they missed on Tuesd... read more
