I’ve been waiting for a delivery since last week. I received a notification that my package was the next stop, so I stayed at the office until nearly 9 PM but no one showed up or called. I tried contacting your office and dispatch but got no response.The following day, I finally spoke with someone who said they’d try to redeliver the next day. I never got a call or update. I am not sure how this company is still in business. The company that I bought a hot tub cover from uses this company to transport products. I received an email that the cover was in the warehouse in New Jersey and they S&D transfer would be contacted me about delivery. this was on May 1. On May 22nd I called and the lady (no name given) said they had no record of it being received and she was going to call the warehouse and give me a call back. Worst service seem like no one work in the office. Keep calling all the dearest no one pick up the phone call. Only sale department but they cannot do anything either. And they drop off only ground floor. If you live in the apartment u have to pay extra for deliver to your apartment. I was thinking to give them for a tips but I have to pay extra for the delivery already, and still didn't get my delivery yet

Worst service ever don’t use them had my package for 3 weeks rescheduled over 8 times still haven’t received it and they never answer when you call their number hard to reach and I still haven’t recieved my package
