A drain in my basement kept backing up when I ran my laundry. I Went through one company before S&D Drain Masters who took one look down one drain and then quoted me for a full replacement. They were in and out in 5 minutes without helping me actually figure out what was going on. Great same day service. Fixed the blockage quickly and with it sorted out another issue. Used camera for inspection and no major issues which is a HUGE piece of mind since the house is 58 years old. Followed-up with a mechanical cleaning of the sanitation drain followed by a water jetter and another camera inspection for before and after. I should have done this years ago. Professional service. Guys worked steady and focused on the task at hand. Will call for any future issues.

Had a great experience! They came out quickly, cleaned out our sewer line, and hydro jetted the roots. They were super friendly, explained everything as they went, and the price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend them and won't hesitate to call them again if needed for other services!

Hot water tank started leaking last night. Called Dawson. Told me to turn off the cold water to off position on the tank. It was extremely hard to turn off. Dawson was only 7 minutes away. He actually came at 12:30 am to turn off the valve for me. That’s what I call service. He is the best . I give him 5 star rating. Thank you Dawson for installing a new hot water tank the next morning

Words could never express the extent of my gratitude and admiration for Dawson from Drain Masters. We have spent thousands of dollars to repair our sewage drainage issues. Another company charged us thousands of dollars to replace the sewage pipes running in our backyard to the main city drain. After Dawson ran a camera through all of the pipes it was determined that they had only replaced about 5 ft of pipe and not removed any of the many root balls from their point of repair back to our home.
