Bad business practice. Agreed to buy something for the company then backs out after paying and wasting 1 1/2 hrs of the sellers time. Owner can't even offer an apology for wasting sellers time.
As an Interior Designer, I have used S & D Custom Stone & Tile to do my client's Kitchen Counter and Island in Calacatta Plata Quartz and a Custom Bench in a Natural Stone for a Shower in a Master Bath. Both jobs were done perfectly and I totally recommend this company. Their installers are very professional as well. Super 5 star for them.
Excellent customer service from Rob who handled our kitchen and laundry room project. Rob was helpful and patient as we honed in on the scope of work. He was easy to contact and responsive through the entire project. S&D fabricated and installed quartzite slabs in our kitchen, quartz in our laundry room, tile backsplash in both rooms, and fireplace tile. Rob's attention to detail and straightforward style was greatly appreciated!
