I was charged more than the initial quote without explanation. The quality of cleaning did not justify the high price. They also didn’t honor their satisfaction guarantee, which was disappointing. I feel misled and dissatisfied.
The appointment was canceled last minute, and rescheduling was a hassle. When they finally arrived, the cleaning was rushed and ineffective. I expected a professional service but was left frustrated and disappointed.
They were quick, efficient, and very thorough. I appreciate that they used eco-friendly products too. The house smells great and the carpets look better than they have in years.
