Worst Home we've ever owned. S&D Homes went out of Business 6 months after we closed on our New Home and re-opened under the name "Summit Oak Homes" located on Garden Gate Circle in New Braunfels, Texas. Same people...different name! Folks, this is a very important fact! VERY IMPORTANT! I'll go on by saying we had nothing but poor quality repairs performed to our basically poor quality home.
