They manage our building and we have not had any problems. Whenever we have a maintenance request, they take care of it in a timely manner. Based on our experience from other property management companies for our building, they are more accessible for our requests.

They just money hungery, don't care about tenants and any service, just increasing rent for no reason, really bad management
Rude as hell, I could give 0 stars if it’s an option, worst costumer service, I called them about a situation on February 20th, the lady on the phone didn’t even allow me to talk, she tried to talk over me with not a single good manner, she was totally rude and she was the only one who wanted to talk, once I asked her IF PLEASE SHE COULD LET ME TALK , she just hanged out the phone on me. That’s not the way you treat costumers. Just waiting my contract to be done, to take my business somewhere else!
