My house is now 13 years old, paid for and still fabulous. Scott even found us a bank that gave us under 3% interest rate on a 15 year note. Getting ready to help my daughter get her house built in the near future.

Best builder around in my book. My life style if very economical. That does not matter to Scott. He built the house we live in back in 2012. I have never had any structural issues or flaws. Quality is better than expected. I expect perfection and on time delivery. Currently Scott is adding on to the house for my mother n law to stay in. He has matched the brick, cabinets and paint to a tee. He had the addition completed just in time for her to move in. Scott is a man of his word. We interviewed several builders to build our home and we decided on Scott. He is a custom builder who will build your home to your exact specifications and design. We also decided to use Scott because he also adds a lot of “extras” to the initial cost of construction and does not charge for some of the upgrades and does not nickel and dime you on some of the simple upgrades.
