Telephoned S Cars for a price to change the gearbox oil on a 2021 Q5, the guy I spoke to said he’d need to work out the cost and would get back to me. Rang on 31st July, now 11th August still not got back to me. I’ll go elsewhere.
I took my car to this workshop because I was hearing strange noises coming from the rear wheels. They replaced the rear brake pads and discs. I'm not a mechanic, so I trusted their judgment and assumed the repair was necessary. Later, I went back to my previous workshop (they were too busy before, which is why I went elsewhere this time).
