Courteous and professional and prompt
I tried calling the office. Instead of sending an email..I will let you know here...your old green truck was trying to run over an elderly driver in the thorold tunnel today..heading towards niagara falls. I'm sure anywhere it was heading wasn't worth endangering lives. 70km is a little slow...but aggressive driving is not acceptable. Especially in the tunnel

We moved into the house 2 years ago. The previous owners had used them before so we continued to use them. They came to clean out our septic tank last year. I called them this year because we’re having a problem with our septic tank. Once I told him who we were, he said he remembered a conversation we had during local elections and because we did not vote for the new mayor and he will no longer service us. I can’t believe what I heard. I thought Niagara on the Lake was the most friendly town in Canada.
