We had an issue with a non vented pressurised system that required an urgent plumber. called s.c. neal and he came round in the morning between jobs. really happy he squeezed us in as he was fully booked. Diagnosed and ordered part there and then. He pick up the part end of the day for us and came round first thing to fit before starting his day. He was very good on price and really got us out of a pickle. highly recommend

Sam was brilliant! He made time and came out to have a look at our boiler. He replied, advised and repaired, making sure we had hot water and heating again. Would definitely recommend.

My mother asked this business to find a fault with a tap situated in a field. After much deliberation, they came to the conclusion we would need exploratory groundwork doing, costing potentially thousands of pounds. While she pondered on this, a friend popped round to see if there was any other way they could help. Turns out it simply a faulty pressure valve, and was sorted in minutes. We received an apology and a refund issued, so I wouldn't call them unprofessional, but we won't be using them again

Extremely rude, slammed the phone down on me. Update google if you aren’t working don’t be rude or you’ll loose A LOT of business.

I wish I had read the review. He was incredibly rude on the telephone when I asked if he charged for a quote and he insisted on it but we were desperate so said yes. He then came over and because we’re moving he started saying that we weren’t going to pay him as he’d never see him again. So I told him to leave as we’d never do that. He became very aggressive throwing the plug mechanism in my bath, slamming my stair gate open and then slamming my front door despite me telling him not, and he came back to do so as it slipped f... read more
