The lady who runs the plays is rude, they rarely answer calls, takes days to return calls, the office smells of cat pee. She installed the equipment incorrectly, blamed her faulty work on car issues when there weren't any. I did take the car in for a diagnostic to make sure it wasn't issue w the vehicle. With all of her horrible reviews it's surprising the court doesn't allow people to use the other providers in the area. I am not the one the program my spouse is.
