I LOVE this place!! Just got my arms and underarms waxed & my sister got her eyebrows threaded! Everything turned out amazing and the staff is so sweet!! I moved an hour away from my old salon and it’s been hard finding one that compares to it, this one’s great and we will definitely be coming back here.
I had heard about this salon and called to make an appointment, but when I call they don't pick up the phone and show busy. It is very important to take care of all these things when you do any business. Customers feel insulted. After taking the appointment, the owner closes the salon and goes shopping. One has to wait outside for 45 minutes. Prices are way too high, shop owner within a year have increased the prices drastically, Worst service ever! just wanted to say a big thank you for the beautiful job you did on my hair color. I really appreciate the time, effort, and care you put into making sure everything came out perfect. The way you blended the shades looks so natural and soft, and it gives my hair such a fresh and healthy shine. I’m writing this review as my wife had such a bad experience going in for waxing. The employee named Simron was so rude. She didn’t do wax proeperly, half of the hair was left off and when pointed out she didnt like it. So she kept arguing saying that go to different salon, they will not let you even check it. This kind of employees will make you loose your customer. Even after her mistake, she showed attitude and told my wife that next time make an appointment with different person and not her. PLS READ WHOLE THING!!!!!!! The only reason I’m giving 1 star is I had such a bad experience when I went last time. Have been going to this place from past 2 years and had multiple employees who did my eyebrows and wax which I had never faced issue. The last time I went employee called Simron was only present and she did my wax. She was so arrogant, rude.
