Purchased a groupon for a lash lift, spoke with an extremely rude woman who didn’t want to give me an appointment and wouldn’t tell me any openings saying they were booked for weeks. Got refunded by groupon same day.
I purchased a Groupon for a lash lift with this business, but unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. After reaching out to book my appointment, I was told I would be required to bring a mandatory $20 cash tip—something that was never mentioned in the Groupon fine print, and was apparently required to proceed. When I explained that this was unfair and not aligned with California labor laws (where tips are supposed to be voluntary), the response I received was defensive and unprofessional. Purchased a Groupon for Lashes. It was impossible to book an appointment. I was constantly left on read, she would stop responding mid conversation and then never follow back up. I attempted to book 3/4 times over the span of 2+ months. Please don’t waste your time or money. This is honestly the worst booking process I’ve ever experienced. Thankfully I got a refund from Groupon !
