I hired Shawn to install vinyl siding. After contacting three different companies, I found Shawn not only offered the right price point but also answered every question I had. He showed up on time and finished on budget. What impressed me most was his professionalism—every time I called Shawn throughout the process, he was there and always returned my calls promptly. I highly recommend S&B Roofing and Construction. Shawn is old-school—he delivers exactly what he promises.
Couldn't be more satisfied with Shawn and his crew. His concern for customer satisfaction was very high and even did some extra things not in contract just to make it a better job at no charge. Price was very reasonable. Would have no problem using this company again or recommending it to others
I highly recommend S & B Roofing for roofing and siding projects. The work was conducted on a Tribal Facility. The project was intensive as the roof had many sections and leaks. Most companies just come out and measure to provide an estimate. Shawn too the time to explain all the materials used and the process. The work was done efficiently. All construction materials were removed and the site and left the site neat and clean.
Shawn has completed two large projects for me. One at my beach house in Narragansett, RI and the other a house we own in Southern RI. The Narragansett house entailed new windows, new trim work, new doors & new siding for the entire house. His communication was fantastic, super helpful in guiding our selections and executed in a timely fashion. He went above and beyond and added additional accent touches to complete the look.
