Shawn and his crew completed a tear off and roof replacement on our late 1800s home. Shawn was responsive, timely, professional, fair, transparent, and kind. He paid close attention to detail, carefully explained the surprises we uncovered along the way, and took great care to answer our many questions. I’ve engaged dozens of contractors of all trades in the area, and Shawn stands out as someone who just gets how to do business the RIGHT way. I would recommend him and his crew ten times over.

I wish I could give ten stars!!! Shawn Boyd is a man of honor, knowledge and execution. He explained how he was going to approach my roofing and siding job and he came through on every commitment without any hesitation. I would hire Shawn for any job he would be willing to look at without any delay. Trust and delivering on commitments is unfortunately becoming a rare commodity these days but Shawn has a full vault. Hire him!

Shawn and his team were outstanding. We had a leak inside our home caused by an ice dam, and he was the first and only person to respond to my requests for help from other local contractors. Most importantly, Shawn is kind and genuinely wants to help the community. He truly is a gem for... read more

I hired Shawn to install vinyl siding. After contacting three different companies, I found Shawn not only offered the right price point but also answered every question I had. He showed up on time and finished on budget. What impressed me most was his professionalism—every time I called Shawn throughout the process, he was there and always returned my calls promptly. I highly recommend S&B Roofing and Construction. Shawn is old-school—he delivers exactly what he promises.

Couldn't be more satisfied with Shawn and his crew. His concern for customer satisfaction was very high and even did some extra things not in contract just to make it a better job at no charge. Price was very reasonable. Would have no problem using this company again or recommending it to others
