I just wanted to say a big thank you to Morag for all her incredible help—even though I never actually brought my vehicle in. Her customer service over the phone was absolutely amazing. She helped me pinpoint a simple, non-technical issue we were having with our truck and saved me from having to tow the vehicle and spend money unnecessarily. I really appreciated her patience, knowledge, and willingness to help. It made a stressful situation so much easier.
Very disappointed with my experience at S&B, the Staff were not friendly or helpful.
Vehicle was serviced on time as per pre-scheduled appointment. Technicians noted a defect that was not part of service and called to notify. Defect was repaired and all work completed.
Great service as usual, just wished I lived closer to use them more often.
I can't say enough how impressed I was with S&B Keswick. Jimmy and Neil gave me over the top service when I was in a jam. They even arranged for a technician to come in early to ensure my car was fixed while not affecting their scheduled customers. I have family member that has worked there for 15 years. I told him how impressed I was with the treatment I received. He told me that it's the way they run their business...every day. I'd give these boys 10 stars if I could. Thanks again Jim and Neil.
