My brother was diagnosed with a life threatening illness. The intake form for the will was dropped off and when he called back two weeks later, he was told they lost the forms. Definitely NOT a firm to use.
It’s scam firm… They give clean title to property and do closing without checking any previous years dues on that property… Even after that they never respond to client about this queries …. Just saying that use your title insurance to cover it, because lawyer firm don’t want to check the property has clean title or not…
