Terrible company subcontracts out doesn’t care about the customers at all, lies and untrustworthy
Hurricane in sep 2022 still waiting. They sent 2 sets of people to do it and they both promised and ghosted us. Still a leak no patch and this is my insurances choice for roofer. When I spoke to them today they said they aren't a roofing company and not sure why insurance wants then for roofing jobs. Said I was lucky it's only been a year.

absolute worst service ever! avoid this company! 8 months out and they said move back in and my house was still a disaster. contacted Steve and co-owner and was yelled at telling me how lucky I was to have done what they did. disgusting service.
My insurance company has approved partial coverage for a leaking roof weeks ago. It is almost 4 months since the process began. I am waiting for a start date, there is no contact unless I call, with little success at getting information on when this nightmare ends. Every week adds thousands of dollars of interior damage (that is not covered), but the insurance says S. Allen & Sons are handling it. I am a senior, just left to wait and worry.
