Sold us a defective project. It took weeks for Shayna to contact the manufacturer. Then weeks for any resolution. They sent a replacement product and said someone would install. Then weeks later the manufacturer changed their mind and decided they would NOT install. And Shayna indicated that although she works in a cabinet store had no relationship with contractors who could repair. and basically left it to us to find someone and then wait what I could only imagine will be weeks and weeks and weeks for a reimbursement. Shayna was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The selections are fabulous and I found everything I wanted.
