They quoted us for flooring, fixing basement ceiling tiles and other minor water damage due to a faulty toilet on the main floor. They were a no call no show the first two days. When the workers arrived they were there for maybe fourth five minutes at the most and then left saying they had a window come in for another job that the customer had been waiting Along time for. Not suggested. My recent experience was deplorable customer service and communication. We had gone through the quoting process and had accepted SA Lewis’ bid to dig out and waterproof the outside portion of a basement at which point we paid the 50% deposit to get the ball rolling. We were told hopefully they could get someone out there and started on the work within 2-3 weeks but it was more likely that it would actually be 6-8 weeks to completion.
