Do not hire this man for anything. Mr Jones is a scammer and should not be practicing Law. He is unprofessional and has no knowledge in Law. It has now been over Two Years that I have hired and paid this man In Full to handle a simple divorce case which hasn't gone anywhere. Over 2 years later and I am still not divorced and nothing has been done about the situation. He has not filed a single motion or petition to help with my case. Do NOT hire this man for any reason you will be out of money and thoroughly disappointed, perhaps even angry depending on the circumstances. I retained him for a custody case. I divorced a violent fellow with disgusting proclivities towards children, and the child victim ended up in his care. Mr Jones signed my jacket and did nothing else that he promised according to the contract. As 2 other reviewers have stated, he's absolutely unprofessional, unorganized, condescending and rude. Currently just trying to get Mr.Jones to sign off on my custody order that my lawyer Ms.Dowdy is constantly sending him so that me and my child's mother no longer have to argue. The guardian ad litem has already done investigation, and signatured off on the order last year ,I have all the threats where Ms.shields telling me I'll never see my daughter again after me , and my family raised her for the last 4 years any time she gets angry she uses my child against me , and makes up all types of lies to keep her away, just becau... read more
