Our company recently completed a subcontracting job for S.A. Jones Construction, and it was one of the most frustrating experiences we've had working with a contractor. From the beginning, communication was poor and unprofessional. We had to insist on agreeing to a price before starting work because there was reluctance to discuss payment terms upfront. The experience we had while our home was being built by Scott Jones Construction and his staff was not just unprofessional, but very difficult and unpleasant. From the moment we broke ground to the day of closing ( 10 ) months, was a roller coaster of many downs and many untruths told by Scott Jones himself. We personally can not and would not recommend S. A Jones Construction Company to anyone planning to construct a home. Do your homework before you choose a contractor.
