Owner was extremely rude to me on the phone, talked to me like I was a piece of trash 100% do not recommend!
April's team handled the demo of the house next door. Nobody is thrilled with the larger developer behind the project, but that’s not on the crew doing the actual work. They moved slowly and deliberately, taking extra time to make sure our property was protected despite the close quarters. Communication wasn’t perfect, but the on-site crew was respectful and worked safely. Given the circumstances, they handled it better than expected.
