The staff does a really good job when working on your vehicles. They are very friendly. Any questions that you have are answered in a professional way.
I had such a great experience at SNA Complete Auto Repair. I came in right before closing with a flat tire after another shop had turned me away because they were closing. Even though they were getting ready to shut down for the day, the staff still took the time to help me and treated me with kindness and professionalism. It’s a great place. I had a tire repaired after it picked up a nail, and since it was a quick fix, the man even charged me less than his original price :)
I came here to fix a tire. They charged me $40, even though the sign on the wall says $30 for a tire repair. I won’t be coming back.
Story time- I was traveling to Norco for a soccer tournament with four girls. We hit some traffic coming into Pasadena and my car started acting funny. So I pulled off the road and my car did not want to accelerate. I ended up getting to a service station which then told me they couldn’t help me and sent me a block down the street to this service station.
