They came out immediately after install for any issues we had afterwards. THE BEST AROUND !!!!
I called because the pump in my grey water tank went out. They not only had one on hand, the tech was here in less than an hour of my phone call. It took less than and hour to install, and I couldn't be happier. Thanks S&A for all your help.
I feel very badly for anyone who unknowingly has their septic installed in a new home by S&A. It's who our builder chose and I can't think of a more perfect example of bad business/terrible customer service. They don't return calls, don't honor warranty work and "no show" appointments. If I could give negative stars, I would.
I called at 8am and my septic was fixed by 10:30. Service and office staff were very nice. The new pump was installed at a reasonable price.
