Great Gym,Cliff is very knowledgeable & great trainer,
love this gym! great variety of equipment and weights, gym kitchen and even has boxing stuff in the back as well as supplied gloves. people and staff are extremely friendly and willing to help out with form, give advice or even just have a little chat as it’s got a nice community. Also comfortable environment, I’m a young woman and have often been made to feel uncomfortable in the gym, however i have never ever been made to feel that way here.

Love this place. My second home. Been coming here over 30 yrs. . A no nonsense no frills hard-core gym. Not many around these days. No expensive fees or contract. Decent amount of equipment both machine and free weights. Sparring bags too. Highly recommend.
