This team is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all roofing related projects. I find the site is extremely helpful with resources, planning and costs assessments with major projects. Using the S-5 university is also a great educational resource the team has. Can't go wrong with this helpful team!
We have been using s5! Snow retention for over 15 years now. Easy to install, strong and robust, and they have really great resources. I personally have installed 1000’s of feet of there products and can’t say enough.
Update: when I dealt with a similar issue to this, in which products were incorrectly described on their marketing and support materials, I dealt with a couple employees, Jesse Winternitz and Shawn deAngelo, who were overwhelmingly interested in understanding what went wrong with their egregious inaccuracies in their marketing materials.
